Te Whatu Ora, the central health agency, is undergoing a significant restructure that will impact 424 positions out of its total workforce. The agency aims to create new roles while eliminating others, with the overall goal of reducing middle manager positions. The restructure is running behind schedule by a month or two. The affected employees will have the opportunity to apply for new positions as part of the expression of interest process.
