In a resounding victory, Sri Lanka’s esteemed team of neurologists clinched the first position in the renowned “Tournament of Minds” international quiz program. The triumphant Sri Lankan squad, known as “Serendib Synapse,” comprised Dr. A. T. Aliboy, Professor Tashi Chang, Dr. Senaka Bandusena, and Dr. Manjula Kaldera, all of whom contributed significantly to the team’s stellar performance.
The competition, held in Montreal, Canada, from October 15th to 19th, saw the participation of 136 teams from various countries. Sri Lanka, previously awarded a silver medal in a past edition, showcased their exceptional intellectual prowess and collaborative spirit, ultimately securing the prestigious top position in the international arena.
